Halcyon Spirit Retreats provide an opportunity to unwind, re-group and nourish your mind, body and soul. We believe the power of movement, healthy food, fresh air, connection and time out to be the best form of medicine. There are plenty of wellness activities to experience and explore at our chosen destination and the local surrounding area.

Immerse yourself daily in yoga, meditation and pranayama practice that will nurture your body, bringing peace and stillness to your heart and mind. Yoga enhances your own personal well-being while giving you the freedom and space that is needed to reflect and absorb all that is important.

We welcome all levels of experience by offering yoga for beginners as well as advanced yogis.  We provide modifications for each yoga pose to suit everyone’s ability and encourage a softness to the practice so we can gently tap into our healing energies.

We all have an opportunity to live an inspired and purposeful life. Our workshops are designed to allow you to journey deeper into self inquiry. We will support you as you create the space that allows for change, giving you clarity, direction and inspiration as you become friends with your authentic self.

Two complimentary healing treatments are included within our program, with the option of selecting further treatments during your stay at our wellness retreat. If you would like any additional holistic therapies, we are more than happy to arrange them for you.

We believe good food brings people together, helping us to remove barriers and build a stronger connection with the people we love, or sharing special moments with new friends. Dining in pleasant company is believed to lead to a happier life and will enhance your well being.

The food we eat is vital to both our physical and mental health, taking the time to sit down and enjoy a healthy well balanced diet will have a positive effects on your body, mind, and soul. Our meals are healthy with plenty of nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables that will satisfy and nourish your body and enhance your senses.
